9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wreath-laying & moment of silence – Arlington, VA

The public is invited to a wreath-laying ceremony and a moment of silence to honor and remember those who were murdered in the terrorist attacks of 2001, and to express gratitude to all those who responded on that day.
The ceremony will begin at 9:30am on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at Arlington’s Courthouse Plaza. Please assemble at the plaza’s flagpoles. The moment of silence will be held at 9:37am, the moment that hijackers flew American Airlines Flight 77 into the Pentagon.
