9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Re-dedication of memorial mural – Lawrence, MA

A 20-foot-long, 8-foot-high mural dedicated to the fallen firefighters and police officers of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 will be rededicated at 9:00am on Thursday, September 11, 2014, the 13th anniversary of the attacks. The mural is near Ladder 4 in Lawrence. The public is welcome. Coffee will be served.
The mural also remembers Lt. Edward Walsh and Michael Kennedy of the Boston FD, who were killed this spring, and the Worcester 6, six firefighters killed in a warehouse fire in 1999.
