9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. 9/11 Memorial Hill Climb

September 13, 2014 @ 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

The Fallbrook Firefighters’ Association will hold a 3-mile hike up Monserate Mountain in honor of the 343 FDNY firefighters who were murdered in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 on Saturday, September 13, 2014. Each walker will carry a photo of one of the 343. Monserate Mountain is roughly the same height as the towers of the World Trade Center.

The fee to hike is $25.00 for those who register before July 31, 2014; $35.00 for those who register before August 17, 2014 and $45.00 for those registering on or after August 17, 2014. Proceeds raised benefit the National Fallen Firefighters’ Foundation and Hope for the Warriors.
