9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Early registration deadline for 9/11 Memorial 5-K Run/Walk

Early registration for the second annual 9/11 Memorial 5-K Run/Walk and Family Day is open now. The event will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2014. All funds raised from the Run/Walk will directly support the 9/11 Memorial & Museum.
The 5-K route will take participants through the streets the rescue and recovery workers used when entering and leaving the site of the former World Trade Center.
Participants can register now at 911memorial.org/5K. The fee to register early is $35.00 per adult runner and $20.00 for teens. Children run or walk free. The deadline for early-bird discounted registration is January 31, 2014. If you will be far from New York City on April 27, but would like to participate, you can register as a “Global Runner” and run or walk wherever you may be.
