9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. CT United Ride, Norwalk to Bridgeport, CT

The 13th annual CT United Ride will be a 60-mile ride from Norwalk to Bridgeport, ending in a celebration at Bridgeport’s Seaside Park. The route touches Norwalk, Westport, Wilton, Georgetown, Redding, Bethel, Newtown, Monroe, Trumbull, Fairfield and Bridgeport.
The ride is sponsored by the Uniformed Professional Firefighters of Connecticut. Last year, about 2,300 riders gathered in Bridgeport and about 10,000 spectators cheered them en route.
Motorcyclists may register Saturday, September 7, 2013 from 11:00am to 4:00pm at Captain’s Cove Marina, in Bridgeport or can register the day of the ride, from 8:30am to 10:30am at Norden Industrial Park.
The opening ceremony begins at 10:30am on Sunday, September 8, 2013 at Norden Industrial Park in Norwalk.
The registration fee is $25.00 per rider and/or passenger.
