Peter Alderman was 25 and an employee of Bloomberg Media on September 11, 2001. He was attending a conference atop Tower 1 of the World Trade Center. Peter loved travel and meeting new people, so the mission of the Peter C. Alderman Foundation is to heal the emotional wounds of survivors of terrorism and mass violence by training indigenous health workers and establishing trauma treatment systems in post-conflict countries around the globe.
