9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Marc S. Zeplin & Scott Weingard Summer Happy Hour Benefit

The Scott Weingard Memorial Fund and the Marc S. Zeplin Foundation are cohosting a summer happy hour benefit concert with live music by the Jeff Lubin Trio, on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Professor Thom’s Loft in New York City. Come enjoy a classic NYC summer happy hour, with live music, drinks specials, outdoor patio and complimentary appetizers.
The fee to attend is a $20.00 donation at the door. All proceeds from the evening will benefit the Marc S. Zeplin Foundation and the Scott Weingard Memorial Fund.
Scott Weingard, 29, loved working at Cantor Fitzgerald and was an avid runner and basketball player. In recent years, his charity has assisted children with autism. The Greg Richards, Larry Polatsch, Scott Weingard Memorial Fund Inc. provides scholarships to University of Michigan students.
Marc Zeplin was 33 and working for Cantor Fitzgerald on September 11, 2001. He was the devoted father of two small boys. He graduated from the University of Michigan. The charity in his name assists children who have lost parents or otherwise struggled.
