The 11th annual Carl V. Bini Memorial Golf Outing will be held on Monday, June 22, 2015 at South Shore Golf Course in Staten Island. The fee to golf is $250.00 per person, $1,000.00 per foursome. The FDNY Rumblers, a group of motorcycle-riding firefighters from South Bronx firehouses, will ride more than 3,500 miles this summer to raise funds for Hope for the Warriors®. The Rumblers include Afghanistan and Iraq war veterans, and firefighters who responded to the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center and who worked the recovery effort. They are all from Battalion 14 of the FDNY. Each rider has pledged to raise at least $2,000.00. This is their third annual fundraising ride.…Find out more »

Fairfax County, Virginia has been named the host city for the 2015 World Police & Fire Games. The Games will bring more than 10,000 competitors to the area. Many of its 65 events will take place at Fairfax County venues such as George Mason University & Reston Town Center.
