9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The 13th annual Bill Sugra Memorial Golf Outing will be held on Friday, August 22, 2014 at Green Pond Country Club in Bethlehem, PA. The day will begin at 10:00 with registration and the opening of the driving range. Lunch will be served at 11:00am with a shotgun start at noon. Golf will be played in a scramble format. Hold the Door for Others will host its second annual Hold the Door 5-K run/walk fundraiser on Saturday, September 13, 2014 in Rockland Lake State Park. Registration will begin at 9:00am, with the run/walk at 10:00am. There will be staggered starting times for runners, walkers and families. The third annual two-mile Remember Me Run will take place at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Queens on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 3:00pm. The run will be followed by a Memorial Service for the rescue and recovery workers who have died due to their work following the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.
