9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for Former FDNY Chief of Department Donald Ruland

Donald Ruland, of Engine 157 and formerly Chief of Department for the FDNY, has died.
His wake will be held on Friday, December 12, 2014, from 2:00pm-4:00pm and from 7:00pm-9:00pm at the Hanley Funeral Home on Staten Island.
His funeral will be held at St. Charles Church on Staten Island on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 10:15am. Burial will follow at Moravian Cemetery.
