9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Join the Jeffrey Coombs Memorial Foundation this year for the 12th annual Jeff Coombs Memorial Road Race, Walk and Family Day which will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2013 at the Woodale School in Abington, MA.

Each September the Foundation sponsors the Jeff Coombs Memorial Road Race, Walk and Family Day, raising about $25,000-30,000 annually. The 5-K road race/walk has become a highly anticipated event in the town and is well known beyond the streets of Abington. Participants to the event have come from cities throughout the state, as well as New Hampshire, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Arizona, California, Washington, D.C. and Virginia.
Jeff Coombs was a hard worker in the fields of finance and computers, a kind man with a goofy laugh and a devoted family man when he was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 while a passenger aboard American Flight 11. His 43rd birthday would have been September 18, 2001.
