9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The Christian Regenhard Center for Emergency Response Studies will present a panel discussion entitled 911 Recordings – To Release or Withhold

On Friday, November 14, 2014, from 9:00am until 2:30pm, panelists chosen by the Christian Regenhard Center for Emergency Response Studies will discuss the legal and moral issues concerning the public release of 911 tapes pertaining to high-profile crimes, accidents and terrorist attacks.

Panelists will include September 11 family members, Station Nightclub fire family members, reporters, civil rights and First Amendment attorneys, and the author of Columbine, among others.

Christian Regenhard was a probationary firefighter and former US Marine when he was killed in the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. He was 28.
