9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The twelfth annual With Eddie’s Help Summer’s Last Call will be held on Friday, August 22, 2014, from 8:00pm to 12:00am at Martell’s Tiki Bar. All proceeds will benefit Logan Strauss.
A fee of $75.00 per person includes a barbecue buffet, open bar (including frozen and specialty drinks) and DJ. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door. Logan Strauss is the beautiful 8-year-old daughter of Justin & Natasha Strauss and the granddaughter of Eddie Strauss. Logan was born blind and with cerebral palsy and faces a lifetime of high medical costs. All proceeds from this event will go into a trust for Lauren’s future expenses.
With Eddie’s Help was established to honor Edward T. (Eddie) Strauss, who was killed in the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. He was 44.
