9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. LOCATION CHANGE for Ceremony to mark the 21st anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing

Due to recent heavy rains, the ceremony to remember the lives of the 168 victims of the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murragh Federal Building will be held at First Church on 5th and Robinson. After the ceremony, participants will be able to enter the Field of Empty Chairs.

The one-hour ceremony will begin at 8:45am on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, the twenty-first anniversary of the bombing. 168 seconds of silence, one for each victim, will be observed before the names of those who died are read aloud.

The Oklahoma City Memorial and Museum will be open free of charge for the rest of the day.
