Free Depression & Anxiety Screening, Belle Mead, NJ

The Carrier Clinic in Belle Mead, NJ is offering free, anonymous depression and anxiety screenings on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
Conducted by a licensed clinician, the screenings will be held in the Access Department at Carrier Clinic.
