9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Fordham Football Salute to Heroes Night
September 30, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The Fordham University Rams will host the Yale University Bulldogs on Jack Coffey Field on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 6:00pm as their Salute to Heroes Night. All active and/or retired NYPD, FDNY, PAPD members, as well as current members and veterans of the Armed Forces, will receive complimentary admission when showing proper ID at the game. They can also receive up to three additional tickets at a special price of $7.00 each. You will need to register in advance to secure your seats.
The NYPD Pipe & Drums Band will play. An NYPD officer will sing the Star-Spangled Banner. FDNY, NYPD and Fordham Army ROTC will form the Color Guard. The NYPD Aviation Unit will do a flyover. God Bless America will be sung between the third and fourth quarters of the game. There will also be inflatables and games for the whole family.
The game will also be the annual Coach to Cure Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy game and the Rams will help raise funds to fight the disease.
