9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Flight 93 widow Melodie Homer book signing

Melodie Homer, widow of LeRoy Homer, Jr., will sign copies of her memoir, From Where I Stand: Flight 93 Pilot’s Widow Sets the Record Straight, from noon to 5:00pm on Sunday, December 2, 2012 at Poplar Grove Plantation’s Christmas Open House.
United Flight 93 was the fourth plane hijacked on September 11, 2001. Passengers and crew fought back against the hijackers and brought the plane down in a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
LeRoy Homer, Jr. was the first officer of United Flight 93.
