9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Final Mike Fiore Scholarship Presentation and Luncheon

December 3, 2015 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

The final presentation of the Mike Fiore Scholarship will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Staten Island’s Notre Dame Academy with a luncheon to follow at the Manor House.

Briana Van Cleaf, the 2014 winner, and Kristen Gullickson, the 2015 winner, will be presented with their scholarships during a presentation at Notre Dame Academy.

Firefighter Mike Fiore was a member of the FDNY’s elite Rescue 5. He was 46 and the father of three when he gave his life during the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. His widow Charlene has given the scholarships since the attacks.

The final winner of the Mike Fiore Scholarship is Kristen Gullickson, whose uncle, FDNY Lieutenant Joseph Gullickson was also killed in the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001.
