9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Dennis P. McHugh Run for Fun and Family Fair

The 13th annual Dennis P. McHugh Run for Fun and Family Fair will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Fly Wheel Park in Piermont, NY. The event will go on rain or shine, and will be a day filled with food, drinks, games, rides, live music, raffles, and more!

9:30am – 5-K Run/Walk
10:30am – Pee-Wee race
11:00am- 3:00pm – Family Fair
Proceeds from this year’s Family Fair will benefit the United Way of Rockland County. The United Way’s programs work to provide people with the skills needed to reach their goals for quality education, economic security and a healthy lifestyle.

FF Dennis P. McHugh was killed at the World Trade Center during the terrorist attacks of 2001.
The foundation in his name was established by his family and friends to ensure that his legacy lives on in as dignified a fashion as he lived his life. Dennis’ wife Una hopes that through this project their children will see that “Dennis’ spirit will continue to add happiness and strength to the community where he grew up and started his own family.”
