Canstruction NYC

November 2, 2017 @ 10:00 am - November 15, 2017 @ 8:00 pm

Canstruction is back for its 25th year! Sculptures made from hundreds of cans of food will be exhibited at Brookfield Place (formerly the World Financial Center) in lower Manhattan from Thursday, November 2, 2017 until Wednesday, November 15, 2017 daily (including weekends) from 10:00am to 8:00pm.

Canstruction feeds the hungry by hosting competitions worldwide. Architects, designers and engineers build elaborate sculptures from cans of food. The sculptures are exhibited to the public, then dismantled and the food is donated, in NY’s case to City Harvest.

Visitors to the exhibit are requested to bring a can of food as the price of admission.

You can choose your favorite sculpture by voting for the People’s Choice Award here.

If you would like to bring a group of 7 or more people to see the exhibit, please contact email@CanstructionNY.org for scheduling. Please use the word “Group” in the subject line of your email and include the date and time you wish to visit.

For more details about Canstruction, please visit the Canstruction website.
