9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Camp Widow Tampa will be held in Tampa, Florida at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina from Friday, March 11, 2016 to Sunday, March 13, 2016.
Camp Widow provides a weekend of both practical tools and resources for widowed persons rebuilding their lives in the aftermath of the death of a spouse or partner. Camp Widow’s greatest asset is the community – everyone there is widowed and understands. The prevailing mood at Camp Widow is hopeful and uplifting.
Registration fees start at $300.00 for early birds and rise to $399.00 nearer the day. Discounted rate of $229.00 per night is available with an optional roommate program available. Mention Camp Widow to receive the rate.
