9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Benefit for Purple Heart Pups

There will be a fundraiser at Mulcahy’s Wantagh on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 7:00pm to raise money for Purple Heart Pups, an initiative of the Merrick Lions Club to provide service dogs for wounded veterans.
The cost is $55.00/ticket in advance or $65.00 at the door. The fee includes music, a dinner buffet and an open bar. The local band Mystic will provide the entertainment.
