9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. A Caring Hand, the Billy Esposito Foundation, will have a booth at Festival People en Español (#festivalpeople) at the Javits Center on Sunday, October 16, 2016.

A Caring Hand is a bereavement center for children in New York City. It was started by the family of Billy Esposito, who was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 while working for Cantor Fitzgerald in the World Trade Center.
