Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. 9/11 Memorial blood drive – Jersey City, NJ

The American Red Cross and the Jersey City Police and Fire Departments will host a September 11th memorial blood drive in honor of the victims of the 2001 terrorist attacks as part of the National Day of Service & Remembrance. Jersey City lost 37 residents in the terrorist attacks.
The drive will take place on Friday, September 11, 2015 from 8:00am to 6:00pm at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Jersey City. Donors can validate their parking at One Parking, 10 Exchange Place in Jersey City.
Donors with any blood type are welcome. Platelet donors are also needed. Please bring at least two forms of identification. Blood donors must be in good health and weigh at least 110 pounds.
