9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. 9/11: Fifteen Years Later – Arlington County, VA

The Emergency Preparedness Advisory Commission will hold its annual preparedness event for the general public on Thursday, September 8, 2016, from 7:00pm to 8:30pm at Kenmore Middle School. This event is free.

Arlington County Deputy County Manager James Schwartz and Major General James Jackson will discuss and reflect on the events of 9/11, and how the county copes with current threats. The moderator will be NBC 4 meteorologist Doug Kammerer.
