9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The Mayor of Carteret, NJ and the Borough Council invite the public to a September 11th Memorial Service at Carteret Park on Wednesday September 11, 2013 at 6:45pm.
The service pays tribute to all of the victims of the terrorist attacks of 2001 in New York, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania and will honor Carteret’s own victims, Colleen Ann Meehan Barkow, Jayceryll M. DeChavez and Joseph Mangano.
