World Trade Center’s performing arts venue gets back on track

The World Trade Center Performing Arts Center, which will now be the Perelman Center has been awarded funding and a 99-year lease at $1.00/year by the Port Authority, putting the center back on track for a 2020 opening writes Amy Plitt in Curbed.

The Center will be adjacent to 1WTC and will house three flexible performing arts spaces within its marble walls.
