With 42K followers, ‘Quarantine Kitchen’ creators to appear on Rachael Ray: ‘We created a source of joy and kindness when we needed it most’

A Staten Island mother and daughters started Quarantine Kitchen as a way for their friends and family to cope with the pandemic. Forty-two thousand followers later, they’re selling a cookbook and appearing on TV to benefit the FF Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation, reports Gracelyn Santos for the Staten Island Advance.
