9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Funeral for retired NYPD ESU Detective Harry O. D’Onofrio

Retired NYPD ESU Detective Harry O. D'Onofrio, who worked in the recovery efforts after the 9/11 terrorist attacks, died on April 14, 2021, at the age of 61. He was also a volunteer firefighter in West Sayville for more than 40 years. Friends of Firefighters will host Brisket King NYC from 6:00pm until 9:00pm on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Pig Beach in Brooklyn. Although this is an outdoor event, all CDC guidelines including social distancing and mandatory mask wearing when not eating, will be enforced. The event will be held rain or shine. Purple Stride 5-K Run and Family-Friendly Walk for Pancreatic Cancer Research
