9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. On Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 11:00am, a plaque dedication ceremony will be held honoring the memory of Lieutenant Gary J. Gates, Field Communications, who died of World Trade Center-related illness on September 29, 2015. The dedication will take place in the quarters of E-233/L-176 and Field Communications.
