9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. New Jersey Ancient Order of Hibernians’ Memorial Mass & Luncheon Remembering the NJ AOH Members Killed on 9/11

The New Jersey Ancient Order of Hibernians will honor their nine members who were killed during the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and the NYC Hibernians killed in the attacks in a memorial service on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at noon.

The day begins with Mass at noon at Saint Patrick’s Pro-Cathedral in Newark, NJ.

Following the Mass, there will be a short procession to the nearby Kilkenny Ale House for lunch. All attending AOH members are asked to bring their banners for the procession.

The NJ AOH members being remembered are — P.O. Maurice (Moe) Barry, PAPD, St. Michael’s Division; P.O. Liam Callahan, PAPD, St. Michael’s Division; P.O. Tom Gorman, PAPD, St. Michael’s Division; P.O. Steve Huczko, PAPD, St. Michael’s Division; P.O. Don McIntyre, PAPD, St. Michael’s Division; Peter Milano, Cantor Fitzgerald, Volunteer Patrick Torphy Division; P.O. James Nelson, PAPD, St. Michael’s Division; P.O. Bruce Reynolds, PAPD, St. Michael’s Division; and P.O. Mike Wholey, PAPD, St. Michael’s Division.

FDNY Chaplain Father Mychal Judge will also be remembered at the event, as will AOH NYC members FDNY BC Dennis Devlin; FDNY Lt. Kevin C. Dowdell; Sean Fegan of Fred Alger Management; Richard Fitzsimons, Fire safety inspector, World Trade Center; Florence M. Gregory of AON; Charles Houston of Euro Brokers; FDNY FF Richard Muldowney, Jr.; FDNY FF Gerard T. Nevins; and Arthur Warren Scullin of Marsh & McLennan.
