Bells will be rung throughout Boston after the moment of silence. \nThe moment of silence honors Krystle M. Campbell\, 29; Police Officer Sean Collier; graduate student Lingzi Lu and eight-year-old Martin Richard\, the victims of the Boston murders\, and their families. It also honors Police Officer Richard Donohue\, Jr. who is recovering from gunshot wounds inflicted during the manhunt for the terrorists and all those injured in the bombing.
