9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Memorial plaza opens to the public

This year, the 9/11 Memorial plaza will be open to the public from 6:00pm until midnight for optimal viewing of the Tribute in Lights, which will shine beginning at sunset (7:12pm) on Thursday, September 11, 2014 and ending at dawn.
To access the plaza, please enter at Fulton and West Streets; Liberty and West Streets, or Liberty and Greenwich Streets.
