Following that\, a public hearing on the DEIS was held on April 23. Catherine McVay Hughes\, chair of Community Board 1 testified at that hearing and drew attention to the need for additional information regarding provisions for future storms and potential flooding; she also requested an extension of air quality monitoring; asked where the Downtown PATH greenmarket would be relocated; and also requested further review of the impact of continued construction vehicle access to the World Trade Center Campus during the completion of the Master Plan.
