Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Candlelight Vigil – East Brunswick, NJ

The Township of East Brunswick will hold a candlelight vigil to mark the 15th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 6:30pm at the 9/11 Monument at the East Brunswick Municipal Complex. All are welcome.
The outdoor event will remember the 8 East Brunswick residents who were among the 2,973 people killed in the attacks.
The guest speaker will be William Keegan, a retired PAPD Lieutenant who now runs Heart 9/11 (Healing Emergency Aid Response Team) a disaster response team from the September 11th community. There will also be music and representation from many local agencies.
