9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Too much snow for you?

The Richard M. Keane Foundation, the Town of Wethersfield and  Wethersfield Parks present a free town-wide family celebration on Sunday, March 23, 2014 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at the Pitkin Center.

All families are invited (though, as space is limited, you must register in advance).

Play dodgeball or basketball, try boxing, use the fitness machines, play board games, use the computers or learn beading and how to use rainbow looms.

Richard M. “Dick” Keane was killed in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. The foundation in his name runs the 9/11 Memorial Sports Center in Wethersfield.
