Covid cases rising among 9/11 survivors

FDNY Firefighter Frederick N. Fuchs, of Ladder 127, had Covid-19 in February, 2020 and has been donating plasma to help other people with the disease since.

His case was mild, but those of many of his colleagues are not. Rescue and recovery workers like FF Fuchs are especially vulnerable to Covid-19.

In a Long Island Herald article by Jennifer Corr, he urges people to wear masks and obey social distancing rules.
