Condé Nast may be subletting some of their office space in 1 World Trade Center, reports Rich Bockmann in The Real Deal. The magazine giant has occupied one million square feet (24 floors) of the tower since 2011 under a 25-year lease, and is one of 1WTC’s largest tenants.
The company has hired a team to see how they can make better use of several underutilized floors. Subletting is among the options.
