9/11 cop accuses Clarkstown schools of retaliation after reporting co-worker’s advances toward student

Carlos Martinez, a retired NYPD officer who became a Clarkstown North High School security guard, is suing the school district and some officials for retaliation he experience after reporting a co-worker’s sexual misconduct toward a student and a cafeteria worker at the school, reports Kimberly Redmond in LoHud.com.

Martinez claims that after reporting the incidents, he was transferred to a different school and prevented from taking time off for medical appointments related to his site-related illness.
