1993 World Trade Center bombing survivor finally gets her payout

On February 21, 2016, Philip Messing reported in the NY Post that Linda Nash, who was severely injured in the February 26, 1993 terrorist bombing of the World Trade Center has become the final plaintiff in the case to have her negligence claim settled, when the NY State Court of Appeals denied the Port Authority’s motion to relitigate the case.
