Where to Turn’s toy shop to open for families in need during the holiday season

Where to Turn’s sixth annual holiday toy shop for Staten Island’s families in need will be open on December 16, 2017 and December 17, 2017.

A needy family may choose two toys per child with a maximum of six toys per family, writes Kayla Simas in the Staten Island Advance.

Dennis McKeon,Where To Turn’s executive director, started the organization to help Staten Islanders who lost loved ones in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. The organization has now expanded their reach to help hurricane victims and people in need all over the island. This year they also donated toys to children affected by Hurricane Harvey.

Details about the toy store are available in our events section.
