St. Paul’s Chapel prepares for 250th anniversary

St. Paul’s Chapel is finishing renovations as it prepares to celebrate its 250th anniversary, reports the Associated Press.

It is best known for being unscathed by the terrorist attacks of 2001, despite being across the street from the World Trade Center and for providing rescue and recovery workers with food and supplies and a place to rest during the aftermath of the attacks.

October 30, 2016 is the chapel’s 250th anniversary.
