Senior U.S. senators want to amend Saudi September 11 law

Senators Lindsey Graham and John McCain will introduce an amendment to the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act, known as JASTA, which allows lawsuits to be filed against foreign governments complicit with terrorism, reports Reuters. The proposed amendment would allow a government to be sued only in a case in which it “knowingly” abetted a terrorist group.
