Retired firefighter, Michael O’Hanlon, 59, dies of 9/11-related cancer

Retired FDNY Firefighter Michael O’Hanlon of Engine Co. 68 has died of World Trade Center-related stomach and esophageal cancer at the age of 59, writes Reuven Blau in the New York Daily News.

FF O’Hanlon spent weeks working at the site of the former World Trade Center after the terrorist attacks. He retired in 2013 after 30 years on the job.
