New tenant for 57-58 floors of 4WTC

On May 31, 2016, Silverstein Properties announced that they have signed a lease with Hudson River Trading for 69,000 square feet of office space on the 57th and 58th floors of 4 World Trade Center. This space includes the large outdoor terrace on the 57th floor.

Hudson River Trading has offices in New York, Singapore and London and was founded in 2001. They develop automated trading algorithms and trade equities, futures, options, currencies and fixed income on more than 50 markets around the world.

Hudson River Trading plans to move from 32 Old Slip into 4 World Trade Center in early 2017.
