Man Accused in 9/11 Bomb Plot Unfit for Trial

A man who allegedly planned a Kansas City bombing on the anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks has been found incompetent to stand trial by a prison psychologist, reports the Associated Press on December 4, 2015. A final decision on whether or not he will stand trial has not been made.
