Lyndhurst lunch aide & September 11th family member goes above and beyond

Emma Calvi loves her job at Columbus and Lincoln schools in Lyndhurst so much that she went to work (and then cooked dinner) even after a fall that sent her to the emergency room.

A native of Naples, Mrs. Calvi has worked as a lunch lady at the school for 17 years, writes Zachary Croce of the South Bergenite.

Calvi is the mother of three. Her son Gino Luigi Calvi was killed in the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center while working for Cantor Fitzgerald.
