Judge ejects unruly 9/11 defendant from court

One of the Guantánamo defendants who has disrupted proceedings was removed from court on Thursday. Walid Bin Attash rose shouting, “no lawyer at my table!” as his four assigned attorneys approached him, refusing to obey Judge Col. James Pohl’s orders to keep quiet. Pohl ordered bin Attash a holding cell where he could watch proceedings without disrupting them, writes Carol Rosenberg in the Miami Herald.
