The New York City Police Museum is delighted to announce its new temporary home at 45 Wall Street. The Museum has been closed since October 29, 2012 due to Hurricane Sandy.

The Museum welcomes you to visit its temporary exhibits and gift shop, Monday through Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Current exhibitions include Lieutenant Joseph Petrosino and his heroic stand against the Black Hand, a photography exhibit of rare images from AP photographers documenting the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, and an exhibit on the history of policing from the Dutch rattlewatch of the 1650s to modern NYPD.

The Museum is rebuilding its permanent home at 100 Old Slip.  Please visit their website and learn more about the rebuilding of the Museum which preserves the rich history of the courageous men and women of the NYPD who serve and protect our city every day.
