Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The Flight 93 Memorial’s annual Luminaria Program will take place on the eve of the anniversary of the attacks, Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 7:30pm to 9:00pm. Forty candle lanterns, one for each passenger and crew member of Flight 93, will be placed at the Wall of Names. The State of New Jersey is again offering free ferry service from SeaStreak for those September 11th families traveling from New Jersey to the Memorial for New York City’s anniversary ceremony at the National September 11th Memorial.
